Todd brings 30 years of supply chain and operations leadership to ShipMonk, with experience spanning Target, Wayfair, Digi-Key, and high-growth ecommerce companies. He most recently served as Chief Logistics and Supply Chain Officer at NationsBenefits and as an advisor to ProfitOps, a supply chain intelligence platform. Before that, Todd spent more than four years at ShipBob, first as SVP of Supply Chain and then as Chief Logistics Officer. He also directed Wayfair’s middle-mile network and served as Chief Operating Officer of MyUS.com, the international package consolidation company.

Earlier in his career, Todd was Vice President of Order Fulfillment and Logistics at Digi-Key, where he led the end-to-end global supply chain for an ecommerce business shipping to 170 countries. Before that, he spent nearly eight years in general management roles at Target.

"When a merchant trusts us with their brand, they should know exactly who is taking care of it and have superior technology supporting them. Supporting merchants and their customers with passion has been a central focus throughout my career,” said Bills.

“Our own teams run every fulfillment center using our proprietary technology and processes here at ShipMonk. That end-to-end ownership is a key reason I joined the company. ShipMonk has built an operation that performs at a high level and continues to set the bar for tech-enabled fulfillment. I am honored to join this team and build on this success, drive growth for our merchants, and ensure every order arrives exactly as expected."

“At ShipMonk, we’re operators. When our leadership team and I met Todd, we knew very quickly he shares that DNA. He’s run fulfillment at a serious scale, and he’s the right leader to keep raising the bar on accuracy and execution across our owned-and-operated fulfillment centers. Todd lives our Merchant-First values, which means a partner who helps brands grow and delivers anywhere their customers are,” said Jan Bednar, ShipMonk Founder.

Todd joins ShipMonk during one of the strongest growth years in the company’s 12-year history. ShipMonk’s tech-enabled fulfillment network spans approximately 3 million square feet of campuses across North America, the UK and Europe and maintains 99.95% order accuracy. This year, the company opened new fulfillment campuses, including a second fulfillment center in Louisville, KY. This new location is a 406,000-square-foot facility purpose-built for apparel fulfillment. Todd will help carry that momentum into 2027.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The Ohio Supreme Court filed an order Thursday that will keep the two dozen players involved in an eligibility case in that state available to play for teams across the country, with the start of college basketball season beginning next week.

The order kept in place a ruling from earlier this month, when the state's high court stayed a lower-court ruling that would have declared the players ineligible.

The NCAA is the defendant in a case filed by lead plaintiff Filip Borovicanin of Xavier, which opens its season on Monday. Other basketball players in the case include Gonzaga's Javon Bennett, Cincinnati's MJ Collins and Auburn's Kolby King.

The NCAA legal office sent a memo to its members late Thursday saying it was “deeply disappointed” in the latest legal outcome from a saga that upended the start of football season and is now bleeding into the start of basketball.

"Every minute played by an ineligible player is an opportunity deprived to an eligible student-athlete — sometimes in the pinnacle events of a season," the letter said. “And it provides a significant competitive advantage to schools rostering experienced players who exhausted their eligibility.”

The court became involved in the college eligibility issue when it was asked to determine the legality of an executive order issued earlier this month by Gov. Mike DeWine that granted athletes in Ohio who graduated from high school in 2022 a fifth year of college eligibility in defiance of NCAA rules.

Part of the case involved both parties asking the court to weigh in on the Borovicanin case.

The NCAA then sued DeWine in federal court, saying his order made it “impossible for all schools to compete on a level playing field.”

Earlier this year, the NCAA passed a rule granting players five seasons of eligibility, but it did not include the high school class of '22 in the new rule. That, in turn, has triggered dozens of lawsuits across the country and created chaos as coaches try to finalize their rosters.
