Organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival runs for four consecutive days starting October 29 at the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park. This year’s festival features more than 340 booths, with exhibitors from around 30 countries and regions, and newly established pavilions for Australia, Canada and South Korea.

The festival continues to feature the Grand Wine Pavilion, while also introducing three guided wine walk routes and more than 20 wine masterclasses for the first time, offering in-depth explanations of fine wines from different regions and food-and-wine pairing techniques.

The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival returns to the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park from Thursday, 29 October to Sunday, 1 November, bringing together fine wines and cuisine from over 30 countries and regions under the theme "Taste the World’s Best."

For the first time, the festival will extend its opening hours until 1 am on Friday and Saturday (30 and 31 October), allowing visitors to enjoy the festivities against the Victoria Harbour skyline well into the night.

This year’s edition offers a diverse range of experiences, from world-class wines to signature dishes from star-rated hotels. The festival also showcases a series of "Only in Hong Kong" flavours, reimagining local heritage through unexpected combinations. Day-to-night offerings include drinks from leading cafés, creations by award-winning baristas and acclaimed roasters, and activities where visitors can enjoy live entertainment and the harbour’s night views.
