Third consecutive year of Leader recognition in ISG's Generative AI Provider Lens

ISG recognizes Ascendion across AI strategy and consulting, development and deployment, and agentic AI development and deployment

BASKING RIDGE, N.J., Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ascendion, an AI-native software engineering company, has been named a Leader in three provider quadrants across the ISG Provider Lens® Generative AI Services and Agentic AI Services 2026 global reports.

Ascendion has been recognized in:

  • Strategy and Consulting Services
  • Development and Deployment Services
  • Agentic AI Services

This recognition highlights how Ascendion is addressing a central challenge facing enterprises: moving AI from promising demonstrations into production systems that people can govern, trust, and use to improve how work gets done.

Across the three assessments, ISG highlighted Ascendion's engineering-led approach to AI transformation and the impact of AAVA™ (the company's proprietary agentic platform aligned to software and data engineering). ISG also noted Ascendion's methods for governing and orchestrating complex AI-enabled engineering workflows, and its approach to agentic AI based on controlled delegation, flexible technology choices, and human accountability.

"Ascendion distinguishes itself through the breadth and maturity of its AI capabilities, spanning strategy and consulting, development and deployment, and agentic AI," said Gowtham Sampath, Assistant Director and Principal Analyst, ISG. "Its engineering depth, AAVA capabilities, and flexible approach to enterprise technology environments give clients a practical foundation for scaling AI in complex organizations."

AAVA provides governance and orchestration across AI agents, workflows, and enterprise engineering environments. It enables clients to work with their preferred models, tools, and technology environments while applying consistent controls and integrating AI across the software development lifecycle.

Ascendion reinforces this model with AI-native delivery roles designed for production environments. Its 10x Engineers apply AI across the software development lifecycle; Forward Deployment Engineers connect client context with architecture and implementation; and Agentic Delivery Managers oversee human-AI execution across complex programs.

"The real test of enterprise AI is whether it can deliver outcomes in production, at scale, with the right controls," said Karthik Krishnamurthy, Chief Executive Officer, Ascendion. "That requires bringing strategy, engineering, AI agents, and people together as one operating model. AAVA gives enterprises the governance and visibility to do that while moving faster and reducing risk. We're honored that ISG has recognized the breadth of what Ascendion is building for this next era of enterprise AI."

Ascendion Named a Leader in ISG Provider Lens® for Generative AI and Agentic AI Services 2026

NINGBO, China, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The "2026 Global Mayors Dialogue • Ningbo" is being held in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, from Nov. 2 to 5. Mayors and mayoral representatives from 20 cities in 15 countries and regions across five continents, along with representatives of international organizations and enterprises, have gathered in the city to explore opportunities for openness and deepen practical cooperation.

Participants included Wayne Brown, mayor of Auckland, New Zealand; Enrico Ricci, a representative of the mayor of Florence, Italy; Ahmed Wazeery, secretary-general of Suez Governorate, Egypt; and the mayors of three cities in Lebanon. Representatives of international organizations, including the United Nations Global Compact China and the BRICS New Development Bank, also attended.

Under the theme "Openness and Connectivity for Shared Opportunities," the event features a main mayoral dialogue, two scenario dialogues, and three activities focused on civilizational exchange and mutual learning. During the event, guests visited Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, the world's largest port by throughput, as well as Ningbo Yaji Logistics Co., Ltd., Ningbo PIA Automation Holding Corp., Peacebird Group, Dongqian Lake and the Old Bund. At the forefront of intelligent port logistics and in smart workshops where embodied robots are produced, they explored how cities can achieve high-level openness and identify future opportunities.

At the main venue, 14 cooperation projects were signed in areas including friendly exchanges, economic and trade cooperation, science and technology education, and cultural tourism. They included the establishment of friendly exchange relations between Yuyao City in Zhejiang and Errachidia, Morocco, and between Yinzhou District of Ningbo and the Canton of Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, France. The "Ningbo Consensus on Collaborative Development" was also released, calling on cities to uphold openness and connectivity, deepen industrial collaboration, promote people-to-people ties, and work together to maintain the stability and smooth flow of industrial and supply chains.

Joachim Moyse, vice president of the Rouen Metropolitan Area and mayor of the Canton of Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, France, said: "When the world makes it easy for people to lose hope, we must sit down together all the more and jointly build a framework for peace. Because peace is the great prerequisite for all cooperation." He also wanted to take a "gift" home from Ningbo: the city's broad vision of caring for all social strata and building the city around people's needs. Moyse said this is precisely the "Chinese experience" he wants to bring back to France and share with his compatriots.

Located in eastern Zhejiang, Ningbo is home to Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, the world's largest port. It is also an international gateway for openness and an advanced manufacturing base, long known by the saying, "Books preserve the past and present, and the port connects the world." The event features a seven-section exhibition, "Ningbo and the World: Global Chinese Culture with Overseas Ningbo Companies," showcasing Ningbo's achievements in promoting two-way economic and trade connectivity and people-to-people ties, with culture as the bond, enterprises as the mainstay and the port as the foundation. At the Night of Ningbo event, Ningbo's Siming Library and classic books selected by visitors are placed together in the Tianyi Pavilion, one of the world's three oldest family libraries, bearing witness to friendships between cities that span mountains and seas.
