Adrianna Lima, 36, who is a mother of two, is one of the world's best-paid models and has long been serving Victoria's Secret Angel ever.

Even though she has the perfect body shape, she had a hard time to overcome her reluctance to go to the gym.

Now, she has revealed how she manages her weight and body shape when she's travelling to remote locations for shoots and the secret tool is - a jump rope.

The Brazilian model will probably walk her last show in Shanghai, China, so the pressure is placed on her last show.

Adriana has always been an avid boxer and tells she's been doing a lot of circuit training and running.

She said she loves smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies, takes a daily vitamin and drinks lots of different herbal teas to help purify her body.
