China's leading aviation manufacturer Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) is showcasing its military aerospace technologies at the ongoing 55th Paris Air Show at the Le Bourget Airport outside the French capital city.

The air show officially opened on Monday and will run until June 22, with the participation of about 2,400 exhibitors from 48 countries and regions.

From air defense systems to drones, international exhibitors are presenting their latest products to buyers from around the world.

Beijing-headquartered AVIC has put on display a selection of its aviation products including fighter jets J-10CE and J-35A.

"The J-35 is the next-generation successor to the J-10. Its primary goal is stealth-based combat, aligning with next-generation warfare concepts. Its design differs significantly from J-10, aimed for maximum stealth effects, including its shape and internal bomb bays, as well as more advanced situational awareness and system-based combat capabilities," said Zhu Qian, deputy head of the AVIC delegation at Paris Air Show.
