A silly panda cub, covered all over in mud following a messy playtime, has been captured on camera in a newly-released video footage taken at Wolong Shenshuping base in southwest China's Sichuan province.
The cub, named Fei Hong, was trying her best to climb over a lying trunk, but the task proved too tricky for the youngster.
Fei Hong was born to her mother Shen Bin on Sept 2, 2024, at the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda (CCRCGP), a world-leading institution, a world-leading institution for the breeding and conservation of giant pandas.
A total of 13 giant panda cubs, including Fei Hong, were born at the bases of CCRCGP last year.
The center has established a global platform for promoting international cooperation and exchanges involving 18 zoos in 16 countries and regions, as well as 39 domestic animal breeding institutions and more than 10 research institutes.

Tourists could also watch performances in vessels while they enjoy a nighttime travel on the Hanjiang River, a major waterway in the city and tributary of the Yangtze River.
