Dr. Kaper brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience in Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Medical Affairs at Otsuka Pharmaceutical.

As a Strategic Advisor, Dr. Kaper will provide guidance to the BP Logix executive team on product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and deepening industry alignment across medical and regulatory affairs teams in the pharmaceutical sector.
