SHANGHAI, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 22, the World Top-Performing Incubator Conference 2025 opened in Lin-gang Special Area of Shanghai. The conference, themed "Tech-Powered • Innovation Incubates the Future," explores a new landscape for global young talents to integrate innovation and incubate the future. The conference invited over 500 guests from China and abroad, along with more than 160 outstanding projects, to participate in 8 high-quality forum discussions and project exchange activities.

The collaboration explores the integration of ArthurAI™, MindHYVE.ai's proprietary agentic artificial intelligence system, into selected areas of OUK's digital learning ecosystem. The initiative is designed to support personalized learning, faculty enablement, data-driven curriculum innovation and workforce-aligned upskilling, positioning OUK as a leader in next-generation digital education across Africa.
Under the MoU, the parties will jointly explore implementation of ArthurAI as a virtual academic enabler, supporting learners and educators through adaptive, real-time learning assistance.
