MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 27, 2026--

CFG Health pioneered the use of telehealth in correctional settings more than two decades ago, and CareLink builds on that foundation—combining modern tablet technology, secure virtual care infrastructure, and clinically governed workflows designed specifically for correctional environments.

Operating on existing security-issued tablets, CareLink provides secure, HIPAA-compliant access to emergency triage, primary care, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatment, specialty care, dental care, nursing services, group therapy, patient education, and re-entry services. Care is delivered through a combination of CFG Health’s in-house clinical teams and carefully integrated external telehealth resources, all operating within CFG’s established clinical governance, credentialing, and quality oversight framework. The platform supports both scheduled and on-demand care, ensuring 24/7 access without increasing operational or security burden.

“CareLink is not simply a technology solution. It is an extension of how CFG Health delivers care,” said Brandon De Julius, CEO of CFG Health. “It is clinically led, operationally integrated, and purpose-built to support access, safety, and continuity of care in correctional settings.”

CareLink is designed to reduce traditional barriers to care by limiting unnecessary patient movement, decreasing reliance on off-site transport, and supporting facilities facing persistent workforce challenges. In urgent and emergent situations, the platform enables rapid clinical assessment and coordination with emergency medicine specialists, helping facilities prioritize in-house resources and reduce avoidable emergency transports while maintaining patient safety.

Facilities utilizing CareLink have experienced improved access to care, fewer delays, and reductions in grievances related to availability and wait times, while also realizing operational and security efficiencies.

CFG CareLink supports a comprehensive range of services across medical, behavioral health, MAT, emergency evaluation, and specialty care disciplines, bringing high-quality care directly to patients when and where it is needed.

CFG Health will continue to expand CareLink’s capabilities as part of its broader commitment to advancing correctional healthcare delivery through innovation, clinical excellence, and accountable care models.

“CareLink reflects our belief that access, accountability, and continuity are fundamental to quality correctional healthcare,” De Julius added. “It allows CFG Health to continue leading—not reacting to—the future of care delivery in correctional settings.”
