Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in Beijing on Tuesday night for a two-day state visit to China at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
This marks President Putin's 25th visit to China, with the two presidents set to exchange views on bilateral relations, cooperation in various fields, and discuss international and regional issues of mutual interest, a spokesman for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Monday.

Data released on Thursday by web hosting provider Cloudflare has showed that artificial intelligence (AI) agents have surpassed human traffic online for the first time in the internet's history.
Cloudflare Radar, the company's internet measurement system, reports that AI and automation program usage has risen to 57.4 percent of total traffic, while human traffic has dropped to 42.6 percent.
"Welp, that happened faster than I predicted," Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince said in a post on social media platform X on Wednesday. "Thought it would be [at the] end of 2027, then early 2027, but agentic traffic [is] growing so fast that bots have now passed human traffic online for the first time in the Internet's history."
