The event marked BCI's official market-facing activation of its 100,000-square-foot Reno facility, which is already supporting customers as a regional packaging, manufacturing, and distribution hub serving Northern Nevada, Northern California, and the broader western United States.

Guests experienced firsthand how BCI is investing in the future of corrugated packaging through advanced manufacturing capabilities, structural design expertise, retail display innovation, and integrated supply chain solutions. Attendees toured the facility, viewed production equipment installations, explored product demonstrations, and connected with BCI leadership and team members.

"Today's event reflects much more than the opening of a facility," said Scott Fuselier, Vice President, Enterprise Sales, BCI. "It represents our commitment to helping customers move faster, operate more efficiently, and bring products to market with greater confidence. Reno strengthens our ability to provide localized service backed by the resources, scale, and expertise of a national, American Sourced and Made manufacturing network."

The Reno facility supports BCI's strategy of bringing design, manufacturing, and logistics capabilities closer to key customer markets. By expanding its footprint in the West, BCI enables customers to reduce lead times, improve supply chain flexibility, lower freight costs, and accelerate speed-to-market for packaging and retail display programs.

Throughout the event, attendees explored examples of BCI's capabilities across retail displays, e-commerce packaging, industrial packaging, and specialty corrugated solutions. Interactive exhibits showcased the versatility of corrugated design, including large-scale sculptures constructed entirely from corrugated materials, demonstrating the creativity and engineering expertise behind BCI's packaging solutions.

"Reno provides a strategic platform for serving customers throughout the West Coast and Mountain West regions," said Adam Williams, Area Vice President, West. "As brands continue to seek greater supply chain resilience and faster response times, this facility positions us to support those needs with innovative solutions and exceptional customer service."

BCI selected Reno for its access to major transportation corridors, proximity to key West Coast markets, and growing manufacturing workforce. The facility supports the company's continued investment in American Sourced & Made manufacturing while strengthening its ability to serve customers coast to coast.

As part of the celebration, BCI leadership outlined future growth plans and discussed how the facility's expanding capabilities will support customers across food and beverage, consumer goods, retail, industrial, e-commerce, and building materials markets.
