European stocks close mixed Tuesday

European stocks closed mixed across the board on Tuesday.

The United Kingdom's FTSE 100 index dropped 18.31 points, or 0.17 percent, to close at 10,844.19 points. France's CAC 40 index shed 11.09 points, or 0.13 percent, to finish at 8,714.94 points. Germany's DAX index climbed 67.54 points, or 0.26 percent, to end the session at 26,391.42 points.

European stocks close mixed Tuesday

Hong Kong's stock market ended lower Thursday with the benchmark Hang Seng Index down 0.17 percent to close at 25,396.51 points.

The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index shed 0.23 percent to 8,426.49 points, and the Hang Seng Tech Index gained 0.33 percent to 4,792.39 points.

Hong Kong stocks close lower Thursday
