Independent employee feedback highlights a trusted and collaborative culture across the United Kingdom, Singapore, Indonesia and South Africa.

SINGAPORE, Aug. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- For a growing international consultancy, maintaining a consistent employee experience becomes increasingly challenging as organisations expand across countries, time zones and cultures.

Lancia Consult's approach has always been based on the belief that exceptional client outcomes begin with exceptional people. Creating that culture has therefore been central to the way the business has grown across four countries.

The latest Great Place To Work® Trust Index™ Survey provided an opportunity to independently assess whether employees experience that culture consistently across the business.

In this year's survey, 99% of employees said Lancia Consult is a great place to work, compared with 49% of employees at a typical workplace, providing strong independent validation of the culture the business has worked to build.

Great Place To Work® Certification™ is based entirely on confidential employee feedback. Employees across all four countries highlighted supportive colleagues, approachable leaders, strong teamwork and an environment where people feel trusted to do their best work.

This level of consistency matters. It reflects a shared culture across the business that underpins the way Lancia Consult works and helps deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for clients.

"The most rewarding part of this recognition is hearing such consistent feedback from colleagues across four different countries," said Isabella Jeng, Chief People Officer and Co-Founder of Lancia Consult.

"Culture isn't something leadership creates on its own. It's built every day through the relationships people develop, how teams support one another, and our willingness to keep listening, learning and improving. That's something we'll continue to invest in as Lancia grows."

HANGZHOU, China, Aug. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Geely Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle has officially launched its first overseas KD factory in Indonesia, commencing large-scale local operations in Southeast Asia and marking a key milestone in its global localization strategy. The factory's inauguration saw the successful roll-off of its first locally assembled V8E. The launch of the KD factory and local V8E production strengthens Farizon's local manufacturing capabilities, laying a solid foundation for its long-term development and market expansion across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Mike Fan, CEO of Geely Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group, Cook Xue, General Manager of Farizon Auto International, Hartono Sohor, Chairman of Arista Group, and Denny Siregar, President Director of Handal Indonesia Motor, attended the offline ceremony. They joined local partners and industry guests to witness this important moment.

Located about 80 kilometers southeast of Jakarta, the Farizon Indonesian KD factory enjoys convenient transportation and complete industrial supporting facilities. At present, the plant is capable of local assembly of the Farizon V8E. It will continue to upgrade production lines and enrich its localized product lineup in the future.

The newly launched V8E has completed targeted localized calibration and upgrades to adapt to Indonesia's urban road conditions, logistics scenarios and local climate. Fitted with an 8.5m3 large cargo box and featuring a pure electric range of over 400 kilometers, the model balances strong loading capacity, reliable endurance and flexible driving performance. It is widely applicable to urban end-point delivery, urban-rural commodity transportation and intra-city logistics. The V8E provides efficient, low-carbon and cost-effective new energy commercial vehicle solutions for the Indonesian market.
