SHANGHAI, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- EP YAYING will present its Spring/Summer 2027 collection at the 2027 Shanghai Fashion Week MODE trade show from October 8 to 12, 2026, at Booth F17-01, Tower T2, Jingyao Hongqiao, 688 Tianshan Road, Changning, Shanghai, marking the global buyer launch of its new season. As an international brand defined by high-end luxury positioning, EP YAYING anchors its MODE presentation around world-class materials, Chinese craftsmanship and cultural heritage, creating a buying space where international retailers can select, trace and order across materials, ateliers and full-scenario product lines.

For SS27, EP YAYING centers its material story on the "YAYING Three Treasures," reflecting the brand's deep commitment to natural materials and artisanal mastery. 6A-grade mulberry silk from the brand's organic sericulture base in Ningnan, Sichuan, is used for lightweight spring/summer silk apparel and textiles. Snowfield yak down continues the brand's supply-chain collaboration with Aba and Nagqu, using naturally collected fiber and low-dyeing processes for knitwear and light outerwear. Alashan "white-on-white" cashmere, at approximately 15.5 microns, is supported by a self-built ranch base and per-item QR traceability for premium knits and trans-seasonal pieces. Together, these three top-tier Chinese natural materials embody the brand's enduring commitment to making fine clothing with fine materials, upheld by generations of dedication and craftsmanship.

At the booth, EP YAYING will present five interconnected directions: the EP YAYING main line, Blue Label contemporary ethnic collection, Red Label high-end collection, shoes, bags and accessories, and home lifestyle. The main line covers elegant workwear, relaxed everyday dressing and fashion sport. Blue Label draws on the octagonal-star motif and Miao and Yi intangible cultural heritage patterns, developed through the embroidery and pleating ateliers for cultural-occasion dressing, carrying forward the legacy of Chinese ethnic traditions. Red Label uses peony and ruyi as heritage codes for elevated workwear, daily wear and social occasions. Shoes, bags, accessories and the home line complete the lifestyle offer, extending from apparel into tea, porcelain, silk textiles and garment care.

The brand operates three creative centers in Paris, Shanghai and Jiaxing respectively, together with its Traditional Chinese Garment Culture Research Building, and runs ateliers covering embroidery, pleating, handbags, footwear, cashmere outerwear and reconstruction. This system connects mulberry silk, yak down and cashmere from raw-material swatches and pattern drawings through to finished-garment craft, showcasing a profound heritage of craftsmanship and savoir-faire. For SS27, the display replaces heavy conceptual packaging with material swatches, physical craft samples and collection prototypes, helping international buyers read construction, made-to-order lead times and sustainable packaging more clearly.

EP YAYING first joined MODE in March 2026 and returns for this second consecutive participation. Through MODE's "See All • See Together" trade platform, the brand aims to deepen long-term partnerships with buyers from Europe, Southeast Asia, the United States and Central Asia, communicating Chinese materials, owned ateliers and multi-scenario product systems as professional assets — positioning its global growth around culture, material and craft rather than low-price export.

Founded in 1988 and rooted in Jiangnan, EP YAYING specializes in China's finest natural materials — mulberry silk, yak down and cashmere — supported by in-house ateliers, and creates high-quality lifestyle products for contemporary women across work, culture, daily life and home.

ABU DHABI, UAE, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Zayed National Museum, the national museum of the UAE, announces its inaugural temporary exhibition, Tracks Through Time: The Camel in Society, Trade and Art. The world's first exhibition to comprehensively explore more than 7,000 years of camel history will open early December 2026, coinciding with the museum's first anniversary celebration.

Tracks Through Time examines the camel's role in society, trade networks and creative cultures of the UAE and the wider region, from the earliest evidence of wild camels on this land to the living traditions practised today.

The exhibition will include wild camel bones excavated from the archaeological site of Baynunah in Abu Dhabi dating to the Neolithic Period (4,500-4,000 BCE), on loan from Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, alongside remains from Al Sufouh in Dubai dating back to the Bronze Age (2,000-1,300 BCE) loaned from Dubai Culture and Arts Authority. This is the first time that detailed evidence of the now-extinct wild camel species will be presented to the public.

Dr. Peter Magee, Director of Zayed National Museum, said: "We are excited to present our first temporary exhibition, which celebrates the camel's profound significance in Emirati culture and the broader story of the UAE. This exhibition represents our mission to deepen understanding of the UAE through original research and meaningful public engagement. Grounded in the latest scientific research and built through collaboration, the exhibition traces the unique archaeological evidence for the presence of wild camels in the UAE thousands of years ago, initial camel domestication in the UAE, camel-human bonds and daily life, culminating in the prestige of Al Hejin camel racing and Mazayna beauty competitions."

Also included are domesticated camel bones from the site of Saruq Al Hadid in Dubai, dating back to the Iron Age (2600–550 BCE) loaned from Dubai Culture and Arts Authority. These remains provide some of the earliest evidence in the world for the taming and rearing of wild camels into a domesticated species.

Other highlights include a rare children's book detailing the different species of camel and their uses dating to the 1840s, examples of rock art depicting camels from Fujairah dating to 3,000 years ago and representations of camels in UAE postage stamps throughout the years. Audiovisual elements will present rare archival photography and film footage alongside recordings of Taghrooda and Alheda'a (camel calling), oral traditions inscribed on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and oral testimonies from camel herders and community members.

Tracks Through Time will form part of a wider programme of activities and experiences marking the museum's first anniversary milestone. Visitors will be able to take part in exhibition-related workshops, activities, tours, alongside special anniversary programming across the museum, as well as enjoy a standalone retail offering inspired by the themes of the exhibition.
