PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 15, 2026--

NEP Group, the leading media services provider for live sports and entertainment worldwide, today announced the availability of TAG Video Systems' software-based multiviewing, monitoring and QC capabilities through NEP Platform, further expanding its ecosystem of trusted software applications for media production.

With this latest integration, global media companies can easily deploy TAG alongside complementary software applications through NEP Platform’s single, secure interface, bringing multiviewing, real-time monitoring and quality control into broader production workflows. TAG Core, the software behind TAG Video Systems’ technology, lets production teams view all of their media formats side by side, monitor them in depth in real time, and analyze signal quality with built-in QC tools.

NEP Platform is built around an open approach to software orchestration, running applications from multiple technology providers on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) servers. This gives customers the flexibility to run different production applications on common infrastructure, deploying and scaling capabilities up or down as production requirements change.

That flexibility is paired with NEP’s real-world engineering and operational expertise. NEP teams test and validate software and updates before they are deployed into production environments and provide global service and support, managing the technical complexity behind software-defined production so customers can keep workflows simple for their production teams.

“Customers want the freedom to choose the best technology and capabilities for each production, without adding complexity for the teams using them,” said Dan Murphy, Vice President of NEP Platform. “Adding TAG Video Systems to the platform gives our customers a single application for multiviewing, monitoring and QC across their media formats, while expanding their choice in how they build workflows.

“Our role at NEP is to handle the complexity behind that choice—testing and validating the software, managing the underlying environment and supporting it globally. That combination of an open ecosystem and NEP’s real-world engineering and operational expertise allows production teams to stay focused on what matters most: creating great content for their audiences.”

Michael Demb, VP Product Strategy at TAG Video Systems, said:

“We’re excited to bring TAG’s technology to NEP Platform and become part of its growing software ecosystem. TAG and NEP share a common view of where the industry is headed: toward open, software-defined environments that give customers more freedom to choose the technologies and capabilities that work best for them. By bringing TAG to NEP Platform, production teams get multiviewing for all their media formats side by side, in-depth real-time monitoring, and QC analysis in one place, so they can verify what they put on air with confidence.”

This year, NEP Platform has been deployed on major live productions around the world, beginning in Milan in February and expanding across North America throughout the summer. It is now supporting ongoing football productions through NEP Europe’s newest outside broadcast unit, EU-01.

Building on NEP’s four decades of customer-driven innovation, NEP Platform strengthens the company’s ability to deliver flexible, scalable solutions across its global media services portfolio. From content capture to distribution, NEP combines software orchestration with industry-leading mobile units, specialty capture solutions, rental equipment, studios, production hubs, connectivity, and full creative and production services—delivering integrated solutions tailored to the requirements of each production.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 16, 2026--

ImageAssist, the HIPAA-compliant clinical photography platform incubated at Vanderbilt Health, today announced Loupe™, an AI analysis workspace, and the Model Store, a library of AI models that run inside it. In Loupe™, a clinician opens a patient's photos, runs a model or asks a question in plain language, much like using a chat assistant. The Model Store launches with two models: Face Nexus, a before-and-after facial analysis model developed by Dr. Orr Shauly of Emory University School of Medicine, and Cipher, a privacy model that removes protected health information (PHI) from photo sets, built by a team at Vanderbilt Health.

ImageAssist already helps practices and health systems capture standardized photos, organize them, compare results, simulate procedures, use them for patient education and marketing, and file them to the patient chart through integrations with more than eight EMR systems. Loupe™ adds the next step: analysis. Face Nexus gives clinicians a consistent, measurable view of change to review with the patient. Clinicians can also ask Loupe™ questions about a patient's photos in plain language, in a chat-style interface inside the same HIPAA-compliant platform.

Show patients what changed, with numbers behind it

Face Nexus analyzes before-and-after photos to quantify visible change in facial age and wrinkles between visits. For medspas and aesthetic practices, that means a consultation conversation built on objective results rather than memory or a good angle. Cipher removes identifying information from images so photo sets can be shared and used for training and research with privacy built in.

Loupe™ runs inside ImageAssist's HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type II environment, so practices review and analyze photos where they already store them, with no exports and no second tool.

A Model Store built to grow

The Model Store works like an app store for clinical visual models. As new models are added, the same photos a practice captures today can support new ways to engage patients and measure outcomes across dentistry, dermatology, vein care, wound care, plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. ImageAssist expects to add models for more areas of the face and body, including lips, breast and dental analysis, over time.

The models available at launch support aesthetic analysis and privacy. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and Loupe™ supports clinical judgment; it does not replace it.

Model as a service: two ways to partner

ImageAssist is also announcing its model-as-a-service program:

"Practices already take photos at every visit, and most of that value sits unused," said Jonathan Sadlowe, CEO of ImageAssist. "Loupe™ lets a clinician look closer at those photos and show a patient an objective, side-by-side view of their result. That builds trust in the room and supports the consults and follow-up visits that grow a practice. The Model Store is how we keep adding to it, with models built by the clinicians who know the work best."

"Patients want to know a treatment worked, and clinicians want a way to show it that doesn't rest on memory," said Dr. Orr Shauly, developer of Face Nexus, and Administrative Chief Plastic Surgery Resident at Emory University. "Face Nexus gives a consistent, measurable view of change between visits. Loupe™ gives it a home inside the workflow clinicians already use for their photos, so more patients can see their results clearly."

Availability

Loupe™ and the Model Store are available now to ImageAssist customers. Model and data partners can apply at imageassist.com/partner. ImageAssist will be at Plastic Surgery The Meeting in Houston, Oct. 16–18, Booth 1115.
