KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- EnerAI is showcasing its full-stack AI data center power supply solutions at the 3rd International Conference on Built Environment & Sustainability (ICBE&S) 2026, organized by ASHRAE Malaysia Chapter. Marking EnerAI's first official presence in Malaysia, the showcase features the EnerNeo Solid State Transformer, Medium-Voltage Power Container, Low-Voltage Power Container and Prefabricated SST Power Container, attracting visitors and industry professionals to exchange insights on AIDC power infrastructure.

Malaysia is emerging as a key data center hub in Southeast Asia, driven by growing demand for AI computing. "As AI workloads expand and rack power density increases, site utilization, construction timelines, and increasingly complex electrical architectures are making power architecture a critical factor in the development of AI data centers," said Teddy Zhang, CEO of EnerAI. "At EnerAI, we focus on advancing 800 VDC technology and delivering end-to-end power solutions from energy to chip, supporting the fast deployment of data centers."

This time, EnerAI introduces its EnerNeo SST, which directly converts medium-voltage AC to 800V DC. With 312 kW/m² power density and 98.5% peak efficiency, it reduces the power distribution footprint by more than 50% compared with traditional power supply solutions and its low- and medium-voltage zoning architecture supports up to 99.999% system availability.

Factory-prefabricated and fully tested before delivery, EnerAI's containerized solutions make it easier to expand or retrofit data center capacity without extensive on-site reconstruction, simplify operation and maintenance process. By minimizing manual intervention and exposure to harsh outdoor conditions, the solutions help reduce the risk of equipment degradation caused by humidity and salt-laden air compared to traditional solutions. It takes 40 days from the order placement to delivery and supports 2-day on-site power-up and acceptance.

Through modular power architectures and integrated solutions, EnerAI helps customers to simplify on-site installation, accelerate infrastructure deployment, and support scalable power delivery as AI computing demand continues to grow.

BALI, Indonesia, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FL Technics Indonesia has received EASA Part-145 approval for its Bali facility, allowing it to maintain aircraft registered in the European Union. With this approval, FL Technics Indonesia is one of only a few MRO facilities in Indonesia to hold EASA certification.

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approval covers base and line maintenance for the Airbus A320 family (CEO and NEO) and Boeing 737 Classic, Next-Generation, and MAX aircraft, the most widely operated commercial platforms in global aviation today.

While the facility has successfully provided maintenance solutions for aircraft registered across the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Australia, the new EASA certification enables the company to perform maintenance for European carriers operating under strict regulatory frameworks which follow comprehensive technical and quality audits conducted by EASA inspectors across the hangar's infrastructure, tooling systems, and engineering workforce.

"The facility is preparing to start the work for an EU-based operator by next week, with further arrivals expected in November 2026. FL Technics Indonesia is also positioned to serve operators across Asia, the Middle East, and Australia that require EASA-approved maintenance," as stated by Martynas Grigas, Chairman of FL Technics Indonesia.

The Bali facility covers 17,000 m² at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport and includes three hangars with three aircraft bays and a state-of-the-art 2,000 m² paint booth. Strategically located in Denpasar, the facility combines advanced technical capabilities with a central regional footprint, offering comprehensive airframe maintenance solutions designed to minimize downtime while meeting strict safety standards.
