Andrew Nembhard led the Pacers with 23 points and Pascal Siakam had 17.
The Nets led by 12 three different times in the third quarter, but the Pacers cut the deficit to 75-72 in the first three minutes of the fourth with back-to-back 3-pointers by Larry Nance Jr. and Nembhard. That's as close as Indiana got the rest of the way.
The Nets shot 38% in the first half but still managed to lead the Pacers 43-40 at halftime. Indiana made just 32% from the field and were just 4 of 20 from 3-point range. Both teams got off to sluggish starts with the Nets taking a 12-10 lead on Randle's 3-pointer with less than five minutes left in the first quarter. That erased the Pacers' last lead at 10-9.
Brooklyn pushed the lead to 71-62 after three quarters as both teams shot better in the second half.
The short-handed Pacers were without Obi Toppin, who was out with a lower back injury for the second consecutive game. Pacers coach Rick Carlisle said Toppin is progressing and could play Monday. Indiana is still without Ivica Zubac, who is out with a left ankle sprain. Tyrese Haliburton is expected to be out another 10 days or more with a hamstring strain.
Nets rookie Mikel Brown Jr. sat out for load management to rest back with Brooklyn set to play the New York Knicks Monday night.
Nets: At New York on Monday night.
Pacers: Host Atlanta on Monday night.

DURHAM, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 2, 2026--
restor3d, a leader in personalized orthopedic solutions and advanced 3D-printing technology, today announced significant commercial and clinical milestones across its hip and knee portfolio ahead of the 2026 American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) Annual Meeting.
This press release features multimedia. View the full release here: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20261102974937/en/
At this year’s meeting, restor3d will highlight the Full Commercial Release of the Velora Acetabular System, the completion of the first Limited Market Release cases utilizing Identity Kinematic Alignment (KA), and continued momentum behind the Identity 3DP Porous Total Knee Arthroplasty System as the company looks toward Full Commercial Release in 2027.
“AAHKS is an exciting opportunity to showcase how quickly our hip and knee portfolio continues to evolve,” said Kurt Jacobus, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of restor3d. “Across both joints, we are building a portfolio that brings together advanced 3D printing, differentiated design, efficient surgical workflows and personalization. These milestones represent another important step in our mission to improve the way orthopedic care is designed and delivered.”
Velora Acetabular System Enters Full Commercial Release
Following a successful Limited Market Release, restor3d is entering Full Commercial Release of the Velora Acetabular System this month, bolstering the company’s offering for primary total hip arthroplasty.
Featuring restor3d’s proprietary TIDAL ® Technology, Velora is designed for strong initial fixation and long-term stability while providing surgeons with a comprehensive range of implant and liner options. Its 3D-printed titanium cup incorporates a fully interconnected porous architecture designed to promote bone ingrowth and durable biologic fixation.
A key differentiator of the system is its maximized head-to-cup ratio, enabling surgeons to utilize larger femoral heads within smaller cup sizes without upsizing the acetabular component. Velora accommodates a 36mm head in a 48mm cup and a 40mm head in a 52mm cup, supporting greater range of motion and joint stability while preserving cup size.
The system provides a comprehensive off-the-shelf offering with multi-hole, limited-hole and no-hole configurations, a broad 40–70mm size range, and standard, lipped, face-changing and lateralized liner options. Velora also consolidates its instrumentation into a single surgical tray, helping reduce sterile processing burden and support efficient OR and ambulatory surgery center workflows.
Velora complements restor3d’s Actera™ and Cordera™ femoral stem systems, creating a comprehensive primary hip portfolio with flexibility across patient populations and surgical approaches.
First Identity KA Cases Completed in Limited Market Release
In knee arthroplasty, restor3d has completed the first cases in the Limited Market Release of Identity KA, marking the latest advancement of the company’s patient-specific Identity platform.
Identity KA expands the personalized planning options available to surgeons by bringing interoperative kinematic alignment principles into restor3d's patient-specific workflow. Across the Identity platform, the femoral component is designed from each patient's CT scan to restore their individual J-curves and preserve native joint mechanics. Identity KA builds on that foundation with planning that restores each patient's constitutional leg alignment as part of the surgical plan and enables the surgeons increased flexibility during surgery.
The first completed cases represent an important clinical milestone as restor3d continues to evaluate Identity KA during its Limited Market Release and gather surgeon experience ahead of broader commercialization.
Identity 3DP Porous Continues Momentum Toward Full Commercial Release in 2027
restor3d will also showcase the continued growth of the Identity 3DP Porous Total Knee Arthroplasty System, as the company looks toward entering Full Commercial Release in 2027.
The system combines restor3d’s established patient-specific Identity platform with TIDAL Technology, bringing porous 3D printing to the femoral, tibial and patellar components. The system includes a 3D-printed cobalt chrome femur and titanium tibial baseplate and is FDA-cleared for both cemented and cementless use.
Identity 3DP Porous combines patient-specific implant geometry, biologic fixation and surgical efficiency. As the first and only patient-specific cementless TKA available, the system features a tibial baseplate that provides precise cortical rim coverage for optimized tibial stability, with no compromise in rotational alignment.
“Velora, Identity KA and Identity 3DP Porous each represent a different dimension of what we are building at restor3d,” said Ken Gall, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of restor3d. “Whether through advanced porous architectures, more efficient instrumentation, patient-specific implant design. and pre-surgical planning, our focus remains on developing technologies that give surgeons greater flexibility while advancing personalized orthopedic care.”
