Two teenage girls in New Zealand have made an unfortunate and unwise attempt at pulling stunts by riding a motorbike half-naked, and crashing into a boys’ school’s football field at full speed. They ended up hitting a 17-year-old boy who was playing football at the time, and leaving him grievously injured with wounds cutting deep into his bones.

Two teenage girls rode the motorcycle at a very high speed for the sense of thrill and enjoyment, they even bared their breasts by lifting their shirts and wearing nothing more than underpants. They drove around the city center just to get the attention they craved for. After a while, they went to a boys’ school’s football field, trying to distract the boys who were having a match.

A 17-year-old boy was too focused on the game to notice a motorbike speeding in his direction, and was hit directly and as a result heavily injured. The father of the boy said it was all an accident, and did not intend to take further action against the girls.

Since 2009, there has been a popular trend of running naked in various schools in New Zealand, and it has even become a kind of annual ritual there. But for the past three years, the school authorities had been trying to stop these stunts going on, to no apparent success evidently.

The school where the injured boy is a pupil said, they have zero tolerance of these reckless behaviors, and added that the speed at which the girls wantonly and furiously drove meant that their actions amounted to more than just a harmless and innocent stunt. The schools attended by the girls said, they would co-operate fully with police investigations.
The police say, although the girls were clearly over-excited and intended it to be a stunt, they have to bear the responsibilities if it caused injuries to others.
