Inspira Health Appoints New Officers to Its Foundation Board

Inspira Health is proud to announce new leadership for its Foundation Board of Trustees. The board is dedicated to promoting philanthropy that supports critical Inspira Health programs that foster healthier communities.

Kevin R. Gibala will become Chair of the Foundation Board after serving as Vice Chair in 2024. With over two decades of experience in commercial banking, Gibala currently serves as Senior Vice President, Regional Vice President at TD Bank where he leads the Commercial Lending teams across Southern New Jersey. Gibala’s dedication to bettering his community is evident through his service on numerous boards and committees, including the Walter Rand Institute, Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity of Salem County, and the Cumberland County Planning Board. In addition to serving on the Inspira Foundation Board since its inception in 2020, Gibala also serves as Vice Chair of Foundation Board’s Finance Committee and will continue in these dual roles.

Carol J. Musso, Senior Vice President of Business Development at Century Savings Bank, has been appointed Vice Chair of the Foundation Board. In addition to her service on the Foundation Board since 2020, Musso has more than two decades of experience in finance and banking. She is actively involved in several local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Salem County, the CCTECH Foundation Board and the Bridgeton Invitational Committee, and formerly served on the Cumberland County Board of County Commissioners. She is a member of the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, Salem County Chamber of Commerce and Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and serves on the boards of the Bridgeton Area Chamber of Commerce and Millville Chamber of Commerce.

Glenn M. Dragon, M.D., Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology and Medical Staff President for Inspira Medical Centers Mullica Hill and Woodbury, will become Secretary of the Foundation Board. Dr. Dragon has been an anesthesiologist at Inspira for 30 years and previously served on Inspira’s Hospital Board of Trustees for 4 years. Additionally, he is a member of prestigious international, national and local professional organizations dedicated to the advancement of medicine and anesthesiology.
