President Xi held talks with visiting French President Emmanuel Macron at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Thursday, and they exchanged views on the Ukraine crisis during the meeting. Macron arrived in Beijing on Wednesday for a three-day state visit at the invitation of President Xi. It is Macron's fourth state visit to China and a reciprocal visit following President Xi's historic trip to France last year.
