President Volodymyr Zelensky said Saturday that Ukraine will do everything necessary to ensure the next round of negotiations among Ukraine, the United States and Russia delivers results while contributing to peace.
Zelensky stressed in a video address that Ukraine will by no means stand in the way of peace, ahead of meetings with European partners scheduled for next week.
"We will coordinate in detail so that Europe is involved in all processes and grows only stronger," said Zelensky.
The delegations from Ukraine, the United States and Russia held the latest round of talks in Geneva, Switzerland, on Feb 17-18, with no breakthrough on key issues. The talks were held behind closed doors, where the parties discussed key factors in resolving the Ukraine crisis, including military, political, and humanitarian aspects.
