Footage filmed at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in southwest China's Sichuan Province shows three giant pandas eating side by side, their relaxed, child‑like manner drawing attention.

The footage, filmed on March 5 at the base's No 2. Giant Panda Villa, shows one panda slowly approaching two other cubs who are eating heartily, and eventually sitting down with them to enjoy the delicious meal together.

The three pandas sit at ease, interacting with gentle familiarity and mirroring human‑like behavior.

The Chengdu base is a world-renowned facility for ex-situ conservation, scientific research and breeding, public education and eco-tourism. It is globally recognized for protecting and breeding endangered Chinese wildlife species such as giant pandas and red pandas.
