Hong Kong's stock market ended lower Thursday, with the benchmark Hang Seng Index down 0.60 percent to close at 24,805.63 points.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index lost 0.34 percent to end at 8,246.33 points, and the Hang Seng Tech Index dropped 0.23 percent to end at 4,320.57 points.

The death toll from the devastating August 26 mudslide and floods in Nepal climbed to 1,385 as of 11:00 local time on Friday, according to the latest figures from Nepal's National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA).
Another 5,130 people are still unaccounted for, the data showed.
