Russia said on Saturday that its forces had continued to strike Ukrainian port infrastructure and naval vessels serving the Ukrainian Armed Forces, while Ukraine, on the dame day, attacked two oil refineries on the Russian territory.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in its latest report that its forces used air-launched high-precision weapons and attack drones to strike military warehouses containing communication equipment and electronic warfare systems at Ukraine's port of Odesa.
At the port of Mykolaiv, the Russian troops assaulted a bulk carrier loaded with military equipment, along with a warehouse storing arms and military supplies, the ministry said.
And a bulk cargo ship ferrying military supplies to Ukrainian forces was also targeted in the Black Sea waters, it added.
Also on Saturday, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a report that the Russian forces had taken control of the settlement of Ivanovka in the Kharkov region.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces struck 157 areas targeting Ukrainian logistics centers, fuel and energy facilities, transport infrastructure, warehouses storing attack drones and their components, as well as temporary deployment sites for Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries, said the report.
The air defense systems shot down four guided aerial bombs, one U.S.-made HIMARS rocket, one Czech-made Vampire rocket, eight Flamingo long-range cruise missiles and 828 fixed-wing drones, according to the report.
Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the same day that the Ukrainian forces struck two oil refineries on the Russian territory in the early hours of Saturday.
The Ilsky Oil Refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Krai and the Syzran Oil Refinery in Syzran, Samara Oblast, were hit, with fires recorded at both facilities following the strikes, the Ukrainian side said.
In addition, a Russian technical surveillance post on the Sivash self-elevating drilling rig in the Black Sea was also targeted, and the platform was used to deploy and operate technical surveillance equipment in Black Sea waters, the Ukrainian side said.
In another development, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday during a meeting with media representatives in Belgrade, Serbia, that due to Russian strikes, Ukraine has no undamaged power plants left, and that numerous railway stations, hospitals, universities and civilian enterprises have also been damaged.
