Pichardo will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury, helping guide strategic investment and support the company's continued growth. Harris will lead enterprise transformation initiatives across people, processes and technology, with a focus on advancing strategic priorities, scaling capabilities and supporting the company's next phase of growth.
"Cross Country is building on a strong foundation with focused investment and a clear growth strategy," said Joel Tremblay, chief executive officer of Cross Country Healthcare. "Susana brings exceptional experience guiding financial strategy through growth, acquisitions and complex business transitions, and Andy turns strategy into action across complex businesses. Together they pair financial discipline with execution, and that combination will help us accelerate our momentum, scale our capabilities and deliver even greater value to our clients, employees and professionals."
Pichardo brings more than three decades of financial leadership experience across healthcare technology, healthcare services, medical devices and other industries. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Convey Health Solutions, where she held senior finance leadership roles through the company's 2021 initial public offering, a take-private transaction and multiple acquisitions and integrations. Earlier, as Senior Vice President of Accounting at Envision Healthcare and Sheridan Healthcare, she led the integration of finance operations following a major physician services merger.
"Cross Country has a strong business and clear opportunities for growth," said Pichardo. "Our proven expertise, enterprise workforce solutions and technology give us a leadership position worth investing behind. I'm here to partner with our teams to guide smart investments, support sustainable growth and translate those opportunities into measurable results for our clients and the business."
Pichardo is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in finance and accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she serves as a volunteer advisor to Family Bridges, a nonprofit organization.
Harris brings two decades of leadership experience across healthcare technology, enterprise software and private equity-backed businesses. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at Intelerad Medical Systems, where he led cross-functional due diligence in preparation for the company's $2.3 billion acquisition by GE HealthCare, completed in March 2026. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Khoros, led global business transformation initiatives at VMware and advised senior leaders on strategy and organizational change at Deloitte and EY.
"What drew me to Cross Country is the strength of its people, their 40 years of trusted client relationships and the technology that's advancing how healthcare organizations manage clinicians and care for patients," said Harris. "We have a tremendous opportunity to build on those strengths, advance our capabilities in even more powerful ways and extend our impact across the healthcare industry. I'm excited to work alongside our teams to accelerate growth, build new capabilities and help our clients drive outcomes for patients with greater confidence."
A U.S. Army veteran, Harris received the Bronze Star, Purple Heart and Combat Action Badge during his service in Iraq.
