Company Brings New 1,499cc UTV Platform to Global Industry Stage Following Strong Dealer Response at Equip Exposition

GARLAND, Texas, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Massimo Group (NASDAQ: MAMO) ("Massimo" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of powersports vehicles, UTVs, ATVs and innovative mobility solutions, today announced the official launch of its new 2027 Warrior 1500XD and Sentinel 1500 HVAC Crew at the 2026 Speed Equipment Manufacturing Association Show (the "SEMA Show"), taking place November 3-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The launch marks an important step in Massimo's expansion into the higher-displacement UTV market and follows the successful soft launch of the new 1500 Series at Equip Exposition in October 2026.

At Equip Exposition, Massimo generated more than 100 prospective dealer leads and currently estimates initial pre-order demand exceeding 100 units across the Warrior and Sentinel models, providing early market feedback as the Company moves toward broader commercialization of the platform.

"Equip Exposition gave us our first opportunity to put these machines directly in front of a large dealer audience, and the response reinforced our confidence in what we have built," said Quenton Petersen, Chief Executive Officer of Massimo Group. "SEMA Show is the next step. We are now putting the Warrior and Sentinel on one of the largest automotive industry stages in the world and introducing Massimo's next generation of UTVs to a significantly broader audience of buyers, distributors, industry leaders and media."

Massimo Brings New 1,499cc Platform to SEMA

The Warrior 1500XD and Sentinel 1500 HVAC Crew are built around Massimo's new 1,499cc inline four-cylinder engine platform, designed to support a broader family of higher-capability recreational, commercial and fleet vehicles.

The Warrior 1500XD combines the new inline-four powertrain with rugged all-metal body construction, aggressive 29-inch all-terrain tires, a 10-inch touchscreen display, full-size crew seating and an integrated onboard cooler, creating a distinctive utility-focused vehicle designed for demanding work and off-road applications.

The Sentinel 1500 HVAC Crew brings the platform into a premium all-season configuration, combining its 1,499cc inline-four powertrain with a fully enclosed cab, integrated heating and air conditioning, heated and cooled seating, an integrated cooler and a four-door crew configuration.

Massimo believes the combination of high-displacement performance, utility capability, premium comfort features and aggressive value positioning gives the new 1500 Series an opportunity to compete across recreational, agricultural, commercial, fleet and government applications.

"The 1500 Series is about expanding what the Massimo brand can compete for," Petersen said. "We have built our business around delivering strong value, and now we are bringing that philosophy into larger, more capable and more premium machines. We believe we can offer customers serious power, technology and comfort without forcing them into the extreme pricing that has become common at the top end of the UTV market."

The Company is also developing additional 1500 Series configurations, including a Warrior HVAC model, a value-oriented non-HVAC base model and two-door variants, creating opportunities to address multiple customer segments and price points from a common vehicle architecture.

SEMA Provides Major Platform for Brand and Dealer Expansion

The 2026 SEMA Show is expected to bring together more than 153,000 industry participants, including more than 70,000 buyers and decision-makers, approximately 2,600 media and content creators, and attendees from more than 140 countries and regions.

More than 70% of SEMA attendees are owners, C-suite executives or senior management, giving Massimo direct exposure to many of the individuals responsible for purchasing, distribution and strategic decisions across the automotive and specialty equipment industries.

During SEMA, Massimo management is scheduled to meet with industry media, trade publications and potential business partners to discuss the 1500 Series launch, the Company's expanding dealer network and its broader growth strategy.

Scheduled media activity includes discussions and interviews with Powersports Business, Dealernews and SEMA media, along with additional meetings with industry participants throughout the show.

"SEMA Show isn't simply an opportunity to display two new vehicles," Petersen continued. "It puts our products and our company in front of tens of thousands of industry decision-makers and one of the largest concentrations of automotive media anywhere in the world. We intend to use that exposure to build dealer relationships, expand awareness of Massimo, develop new commercial opportunities and communicate where we are taking the company."

Massimo's participation at SEMA Show follows a broader push to increase national visibility for the brand, expand its dealer and fleet channels and introduce a new generation of products across multiple segments.

The Company believes the combination of new product development, aggressive dealer programs, expanded financing options and increased participation in major national industry events can support the continued expansion of Massimo's distribution network and strengthen the Company's competitive position.

Massimo will exhibit at the 2026 SEMA Show at Booth #56217 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, November 3-6, 2026.

Massimo Group Officially Launches Warrior 1500XD and Sentinel 1500 HVAC Crew at 2026 SEMA Show

SYDNEY, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Modernizing an entire software system often leaves businesses with two choices: invest heavily in an in-house team for a project that may not require the same resources later, or work with an experienced partner that already has the expertise in place.

While outsourcing offers greater flexibility, it also raises concerns about data security, business disruption, and finding a partner capable of handling complex systems.

Saigon Technology, an award-winning software engineering company with an AI-native delivery approach, believes businesses shouldn't have to sacrifice security or stability to modernize. With the right partner, they can move forward while keeping everything under control.

66% of Australian Enterprises Lack Full Data Access Visibility

At many businesses, the existing systems may hold customer records, financial data, and core business processes. Giving a partner full access can create risks that businesses are not willing to take.

But modernization does not always require handing over the keys to the entire system.

Instead, companies can limit access to specific parts of their software, keep sensitive data in protected environments, and require approval before major changes are made. External engineers can work with test data or selected modules while the business keeps control of its main systems.

This allows businesses to gain the skills they need without giving up oversight of their most valuable technology assets.

Then Comes the Fear of Disruption

Data security is only half the concern. What happens if a system upgrade interrupts orders, payments, or customer services? For businesses that rely on software every day, even a short disruption can affect customers, staff, and revenue.

Yet upgrading software does not always mean shutting down the old system and moving everything to a new one overnight.

A safer approach is to make changes step by step. Parts of the system can be upgraded while the rest continues running. Old and new systems may also run side by side, giving teams time to test changes, check data, and fix issues before a full switch.

With clear backup and recovery plans, businesses can reduce risk and maintain essential services throughout the process.

The Way Forward: Modernize Without Losing Control

These concerns raise a key question: how can businesses move faster without taking on more risk? The answer lies in choosing a development partner that works within the client's rules, rather than asking the client to give up control.

Saigon Technology takes a security-focused approach to enterprise software modernization. Depending on project needs, its engineering teams can apply multi-factor authentication (2FA), data encryption, VPN-secured access, and role-based permissions to protect sensitive information. With 3 development centers in Vietnam, the company also brings the engineering expertise and capacity needed to upgrade critical systems while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

Saigon Technology holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security management and ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management, reinforcing its commitment to secure software delivery.

"Businesses should not have to choose between keeping their systems safe and moving forward with new technology. A good engineering partner helps them do both, without putting daily operations at unnecessary risk." Shared by Thanh Pham, CEO of Saigon Technology.

As AI creates new opportunities, Saigon Technology believes the businesses best placed to benefit will be those that can embrace change without losing control of what already works.
