希臘的藍白色小屋,絕對是我夢寐以求想去的地方。現時未有機會前往,唯有係香港,搵一搵希臘美食,頂一頂癮。


黎到Santorini Greek Taverna,絕對是希臘的縮影,呢度嘅裝潢好靚啊~~

這是希臘特式的薄餅類面包。會配上四款不同的自家制醬。分別有薯仔同雞蛋的、豆類的醬、茄子等等。

呢個沙律絕不是平時食的西式沙律。用上新鮮的八爪魚造主要材料,微微燒過很香口惹味。加上極度新鮮的車厘茄,食起上黎很Juicy。其他青瓜蔬菜配料都是比一般的沙律新鮮得多。

 


這是一道既簡單,但又好好味、又極邪惡的菜式!>< 只是用上芝士,加上蛋醬及面粉烤出黎,金黃色的,好靚!


切開金黃色的表面,內裡是一絲絲的豐厚芝士。鹹香而不油,芝士控必食!

 


這個,絕對是我飲過極濃郁足料的蕃茄湯!極之濃稠,說是湯倒不如說是近醬汁的質地。


湯內還加有天人十十中大面,飲上極濃郁的蕃茄,十分驚喜!連不愛港式蕃茄湯的我,也愛上了這個湯。

咖啡,絕對要一款。他們家的咖啡是預先落了糖一齊煮,飲落去不會有任何咖啡的酸味。咖啡味雖是極濃,但配上甜甜的軟糖,再飲一口咖啡,却是絕配!建議是點上甜點時先飲咖啡,更是飲人舒暢!
