Liang Wenhui, dean of the Boya School of Macao University of Science and Technology, said the biggest opportunity at present is the integration of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the construction of the Guangdong-Macao deep cooperation zone in Hengqin. The integrated development of higher education in the Greater Bay Area enables young people from Hong Kong and Macao to find a broad field of practice and more learning opportunities on the Mainland. 粵港澳大灣區發展專員陳潔玲出席香港美國商會會議，向超過50位出席的商會會員及企業代表介紹大灣區的最新發展，以及多項支持香港企業，包括在港的外資企業，用好大灣區重大機遇的政策措施。

陳潔玲表示，2023年大灣區經濟總量超過14萬億元人民幣，以不到全國0.6%的國土面積，創造了全國九分之一的經濟總量。大灣區對世界各地的企業而言都是極具吸引力的投資目的地，香港則是通往大灣區的理想跳板。
