Hong Kong's stock market ended higher Monday with the benchmark Hang Seng Index up 1.18 percent to close at 25,042.71 points.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index rose 1.39 percent to end at 8,339.63 points, and the Hang Seng Tech Index increased by 0.40 percent to end at 4,423.29 points.

China remains committed to keeping the stability and security of global supply chains for critical minerals, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said on Monday.
Guo made the statement at a regular press conference in Beijing in response to a media query concerning the global supply chains of critical minerals.
"China has always been committed to maintaining the stability and security of global supply chains for critical minerals. China and the United States need to work together to deliver on the important common understandings between the two presidents and uphold the momentum of steady development of China-U.S. economic and trade relations," Guo said.
