Leenzee Technology’s co-founder and CEO, Jiang Min, explained that this Chinese-style action game adopts a “soulslike” framework, a genre with a massive global market. “We chose this market because these players are highly engaged with action games,” Jiang said.

Tianfu Long Island Digital Cultural and Creative Park connects animation and gaming industry chains within “a coffee’s distance.” Jiang, a Chengdu native, praised the park’s comfortable environment, lower rent, living, and operational costs compared to other cities, and its cluster of industry players, reducing communication costs and boosting efficient collaboration. “Chengdu’s government has heavily supported cultural and creative industries with policies like tax and rent subsidies for film, gaming, esports, sci-fi, and startups, attracting local and out-of-province talent to the sector,” he added.

On Leenzee’s biggest strength, Jiang highlighted design: “Small and startup teams can make bold decisions for better designs, including those big studios avoid. This boldness attracts players and opens markets.” He emphasized that games are about design, and innovative designs win hearts.

Addressing AI’s growing role in motion capture, Jiang said, “AI is an iterative production tool, not yet mature enough to replace designers or creators.” He believes AI helps creators realize ideas, fostering talent and works, benefiting the industry. For martial arts motion capture, a high-skill task, Jiang noted that while equipment is advanced, the challenge lies in martial arts directors and actors delivering authentic movements—something AI can’t fully replace.

It’s becoming China’s new “dream factory.”

The delegation also visited the Inland International Logistics Hub Exhibition Center, a showcase of Chongqing’s efforts to fulfill President Xi Jinping’s vision of building an inland international logistics hub and open highland. Through a model of “corridors driving logistics, logistics boosting trade, and trade fostering industries,” Chongqing has achieved significant results. Located in the Golden Bay Smart Valley of the Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park, the center spans 2.7 hectares with a total building area of 8,620 square meters. Its exhibition area covers 3,132 square meters, including a 2,082-square-meter core display space, a 770-square-meter product showcase, and a 280-square-meter flight theater, with additional facilities like meeting rooms, reception halls, and rest areas.
