禁令涵蓋十大平台 違規最高罰5000萬美元
澳洲成為全球首個禁止16歲以下未成年人使用特定社媒的國家，被禁平台包括YouTube、X平台、Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、Snapchat、Reddit、Twitch、Threads及Kick。據新規，科技公司需驗證用戶年齡，若違規讓未成年註冊，最高面臨5000萬美元（約3.9億港元）罰款。澳洲政府表明將視需要擴大禁令範圍。

替代App下載量激增 小紅書Yope受捧
據英媒報導，蘋果App Store數據顯示，禁令實施後TikTok母公司字節跳動的生活風格應用程式Lemon8，上週躍升為澳洲生活類App下載冠軍；照片分享應用程式Yope排名第二，美國兒童安全影音平台Coverstar及中國小紅書亦錄得明顯增長。Meta旗下WhatsApp同樣受惠，成為青少年維繫社交網絡的新渠道。

學者憂監管漏洞 私人通訊藏風險
對此，悉尼大學商學院講師費迪南茲指出，冷門App的快速崛起反映禁令侷限性：「 若新App能一夜爆紅，監管如何跟上？現有主流平台受高度監管，但同類防護機制卻未覆蓋其他應用程式。」

科廷大學教授李佛補充，青少年正「蜻蜓點水」式試用新平台，後續可能重新集結，而轉向WhatsApp等私人通訊軟件恐衍生隱憂：「封閉空間更難察覺不當內容，反而將問題推向檯面下。」

業界反應兩極 Reddit提司法挑戰
多數被禁平台目前配合新規，但美國Reddit已於12日入稟法院，主張澳洲禁令違憲。Yope執行長伊斯梅勞透露，該程式未在澳洲進行市場推廣，但當地用戶已突破10萬且持續增長。Lemon8則證實已與澳洲網安專員會談，商討合規事宜。
