Today, the topic I will share with you is called "The Fragile Heart of America，Actually afraid of "Chinese cranes"."On the 21st of this month, I came across an interesting news. US President Biden signed an executive order on the 21st, committing to investing over $20 billion in the next five years to supposedly enhance the security of port networks, including the production of cranes domestically to replace those made in China. The US claims that these Chinese-made cranes could be used for "criminal activities" and alleges that they pose a threat to national security, affecting the US economy and the military's ability to transport goods through ports.

How fragile is America's heart, really? It's already ridiculous to fear Chinese batteries, and now they're accusing cranes of non-existent crimes. According to the US, these cranes can be remotely operated, affecting the US economy and military transportation capabilities. I remember years ago when then-US Secretary of State Powell presented a vial of white powder as evidence of Iraq's possession of weapons of mass destruction at the UN Security Council. Years later, it was revealed that the whole scene was a staged performance. Today, the US has even gone so far as to accuse a crane directly, without any props. Isn't that ridiculous? Once again, America has exposed its hypocrisy in front of the world. I urge the US to stop its decoupling and disruptive policies to avoid further damaging the global economy.

到底美國的玻璃心弱到什麼程度呢？害怕中國電池也就算了，竟然連起重機也被安上「莫須有」的罪名，實屬無稽之談。據美方稱：這些起重機被人遙距操作，會影響美國經濟和軍隊運輸能力。猶記得N年之前，時任美國小布殊政府的國務卿鮑威爾因在聯合國安理會上拿出了一瓶裝有白色粉末的試管，以此作為伊拉克擁有大規模殺傷性化學武器的證據。多年後，有關場面被揭發是合演的一場戲。想不到，多年後的今天，美國就連道具也省回了，居然直接把手指指向一台起重機，你說可笑不可笑？美國在世界面前再次暴露"說一套做一套"的惡行，我促請美國停止再搞脫鉤斷鏈免全球經濟雪上加霜。

【"Hong Kong Watch", "Human Rights Watch" and other overseas organizations issue a joint statement to smear the legislation of Article 23】「香港監察」「人權觀察」等境外組織發表聯署聲明以諸多謬論抹黑二十三條立法

Hello everyone, I am Hong Kong Ko Sir ,Since the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government consulted on the legislation of Article 23 of the Basic Law, the smearing efforts of overseas anti-China and anti-Hong Kong organizations and politicians have never stopped! Yesterday, Overseas organizations such as "Hong Kong Watchdog" and "Human Rights Watch" and other so-called "civil organizations" have issued a joint statement condemning the legislation, claiming that the proposed provisions are vague and criminalize peaceful exercise of human rights, including the rights to freedom of association, assembly, speech, and press. The statement also claims that the scope of Article 23 legislation will include any peaceful criticism of the government. The statement further alleges that "the introduction of Article 23 will bring more serious consequences to human rights than the National Security Law implemented by Beijing in 2020." The statement also urges the governments of the United States and other countries to "impose new sanctions on Hong Kong. They need to send a clear and strong message to the Chinese government: suppression will have consequences."

Facing such smearing and fallacies, I must point out that Article 23 of the Basic Law stipulates that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall, on its own, legislate to prohibit any acts of treason, secession, sedition, subversion of the Central People's Government, and theft of state secrets. It also prohibits foreign political organizations or groups from carrying out political activities in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and prohibits political organizations or groups in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from establishing links with foreign political organizations or groups. The legislation of Article 23 of the Basic Law refers to the enactment of local legislation to implement the provisions of Article 23. Hong Kong must complete the legislation of Article 23 of the Basic Law as soon as possible to fulfill this constitutional responsibility. It must be emphasized that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region still has the responsibility and practical need to complete the legislation of Article 23 of the Basic Law to prohibit acts and activities that are also harmful to national security, apart from the four types of crimes stipulated in the Hong Kong National Security Law.

Furthermore, these so-called "civil organizations" that claim to be concerned about Hong Kong are mostlyall located in foreign countries, and despite their claims of concern, they almost unanimously issue anti-China and anti-Hong Kong rhetoric, and there are significant doubts about the authenticity of their statements! In fact, after checking the data, I found that some of the so-called "civil organizations" that participated in the signing have only a few dozen followers on social media platforms, and they are suspected of being "shell organizations" with no representativeness.

自從香港特區政府就《基本法》第二十三條立法進行諮詢後，境外反中亂港組織和政客的抹黑沒完沒了！境外香港監察、人權觀察等多個所謂「民間組織」發表聯署聲明，譴責有關立法，稱擬議條款中含糊不清，並將人們和平行使人權，包括結社、集會、言論和新聞自由的權利定為犯罪。該聲明又稱，二十三條立法針對範圍，將包括對政府的任何和平批評。聲明又聲稱：「第23條的引入將對人權帶來比北京 2020 年實施的《國家安全法》所帶來的更嚴重的後果」。聲明又煽動美國和其他國家政府「應該對香港實施新的制裁。 他們需要向中國政府發出明確而強烈的訊息：鎮壓是要付出代價的。 」

面對這種抹黑和謬論，筆者必須指出的是，《基本法》第二十三條規定，香港特區應自行立法禁止任何叛國、分裂國家、煽動叛亂、顛覆中央人民政府及竊取國家機密的行為，禁止外國的政治性組織或團體在香港特區進行政治活動和禁止香港特區的政治性組織或團體與外國的政治性組織或團體建立聯繫。《基本法》第二十三條立法就是指制定本地法例，落實第二十三條的規定。香港必須盡早完成《基本法》第二十三條立法，履行這項憲制責任。必須強調的是，香港特區仍有責任，也有實際需要，完成《基本法》第二十三條立法，禁止《香港國安法》規定的四類罪行以外，同樣危害國家安全的行為和活動。

再者，這些所謂關注香港的「民間組織」，絕大部分身處外國，且性質美其名是關注，卻基本上清一色發出反中亂港論調，其言論真確性存在極大疑問！事實上，經筆者翻查資料，一些參與簽名的所謂「民間組織」，社交平台關注數僅數十人，疑似是「空殼組織」，毫無代表性。
