2026年3月29日上午，「灣區聯動·智匯陽東」——陽江市陽東區（香港）經貿交流會在香港生產力促進局會議室順利舉辦。本次活動由粵港澳大灣區創新智庫、香港生產力促進局、香港陽東青年企業家協會聯合主辦，香港陽江社團總會擔任指導單位，精準對接香港國際化資源與前沿創新技術，聚焦低空經濟、算力基礎設施、生物醫藥三大戰略性新興產業，搭建起陽東與香港政商學界面對面交流、實打實合作的高效平台，全力推動兩地在新興產業領域的深度融合與協同發展，為粵港澳大灣區高質量發展注入新活力。
粵港澳大灣區創新智庫常務副主席兼秘書長陳瑞蓉主持本次交流會，陽江市陽東區政府相關領導，與香港政商學界、專業機構、行業企業近30位代表齊聚一堂，共商產業合作機遇，共探項目落地路徑，共謀灣區發展大計。

會議伊始，全體與會嘉賓共同觀看陽東區宣傳片及產業發展簡報，全方位、直觀地瞭解陽東區的區位優勢、產業基礎、營商環境與發展規劃。作為粵港澳大灣區輻射粵西的重要節點，陽東區憑藉優越的地理位置、完善的配套設施、清晰的產業布局，展現出蓬勃的發展生機與廣闊的投資潛力，成為備受關注的產業發展熱土，也為兩地後續合作奠定了堅實的認知基礎。

陽江市委員、陽東區委書記李坤在致詞中，詳細推介陽東區產業優勢、政策紅利與投資前景。他指出，陽東區正主動融入粵港澳大灣區發展大局，緊扣「綠能之都、海絲名城」發展定位，全力培育新質生產力，為低空經濟、算力、生物醫藥等戰略性新興產業打造了優質發展土壤，提供全方位政策支持與要素保障。他強調，香港是陽東最重要的外資來源地和核心合作夥伴，陽東區委區政府將以最大誠意、最優服務，熱忱歡迎香港各界企業赴陽東考察投資，全力保障香港企業家在陽東投資放心、發展安心、生活舒心，實現多領域、深層次合作共贏。
香港生產力促進局新型工業化部先進產業發展主管張布卿博士，圍繞香港生產力促進局在科研成果轉化、產業資源對接、先進產業培育等方面的經驗與資源網絡進行分享，並結合陽東產業發展實際，就兩地新興產業優勢互補、協同發展提出專業建議。他表示，陽東與香港產業互補性強、合作基礎深厚，透過資源互通、技術聯動、產業協同，必將開創兩地合作發展的全新局面。
粵港澳大灣區創新智庫主席莊守堃全面介紹智庫核心工作與發展成果，從宏觀戰略層面分享智庫推動區域協同發展的成功案例與實踐經驗，描繪粵港澳大灣區產業協同共進的美好藍圖。他表示，粵港澳大灣區創新智庫將充分發揮資源整合、橋樑紐帶作用，持續搭建兩地交流合作平台，全力促成香港與陽東在新興產業、科技創新、人才交流等方面達成更多實質性合作，助力兩地共贏發展。
深入交流研討，碰撞產業合作創新火花

On March 28 local time, tens of thousands of people took to the streets across the United States, chanting the slogan "No Kings", launching another round of protests targeting US President Donald Trump, following the demonstrations in June and October last year. This is a full-scale outburst against the various reactionary policies of the incumbent President Trump, and a furious roar from 9 million people. Unlike the Hong Kong riots manipulated by foreign behind-the-scenes forces, this "American-style scenery" is a profound expression of the American people's despair over authoritarian rule and violent policies.
From the harsh and ruthless immigration deportation policies to provoking wars overseas and military adventurism targeting Iran, a series of decisions by the Trump administration are pushing the United States into the abyss of chaos. People take to the streets not only to express their discontent, but also to reclaim the democratic rights that have been trampled on. The United States, which once claimed to be the "beacon of democracy", is now described by its own citizens as a territory ruled by a "king"—how biting is this irony?
Notably, this outburst of anger has transcended the traditional partisan divide between Republicans and Democrats, turning into a collective awakening of the entire nation over political collapse. What troubles Washington even more is that this "American-style scenery" is spreading globally. In my view, when power loses checks and balances, and policies deviate from humanity, people's anger will turn into the loudest thunder. If US politicians continue to indulge in manipulating the international situation and smearing other countries, while turning a blind eye to this "American-style scenery", the storm of "No Kings" will eventually completely shatter their arrogant foundation.
