文章:為了這個省：清明寄壯志，兩岸必一統
清明時節，雨絲紛飛，追思英烈，心繫家國。4月3日，筆者留意到解放軍東部戰區官方公眾號發布主題海報《為了這個省》，以藝術化的視覺語言，勾勒出祖國完全統一後，台灣省清明祭奠英烈、兩岸同胞團圓共聚的美好圖景。筆者認為，這不僅是一張海報，更是一份告慰先烈的莊嚴宣言、一記震懾「台獨」的歷史警鐘、一盞照亮兩岸未來的前行明燈。
海報中，「祖國完全統一紀念碑」巍然矗立於馬場町紀念公園，北京開往台北的「復興號」高鐵飛馳往來，中國郵政的車輛行駛在寬闊大道上。這些畫面直白而堅定地告訴世界：台灣是中國不可分割的一部分，從來就不是一個國家——這是歷史定論、法理事實，更是不可逆轉的時代大勢。清明本是慎終追遠、緬懷英烈的日子，東部戰區以「昨天為祖國統一獻身的英雄前赴後繼，今天為祖國統一奮鬥的志士披肝瀝膽」致敬先烈，既是對吳石、朱楓等隱蔽戰線英雄的最高禮讚，也向全體中華兒女傳遞出堅定信念：統一大業，必將完成。
筆者認為海報以強烈對比作出歷史正義的宣判。一邊是永垂不朽的統一紀念碑，另一邊則是「台獨分子亂墳崗」，正應詩句：「民族敗類遺千古，倚外謀獨壘亂墳。」這是對極少數分裂勢力的嚴正警告：勾結外部勢力、出賣國家民族利益者，必將被釘在歷史恥辱柱上；唯有順應統一大勢、守護國家主權，才能被人民永遠銘記。
筆者認為更為重要的是，國家「十五五」規劃已將推進祖國統一大業列入明確的時間表與路線圖。統一不再是遙遠的願景，而是未來五年的核心國家戰略。港澳「一國兩制」的成功實踐，更為台灣回歸提供了最佳示範。香港保持國際金融、貿易、航運中心地位，澳門實現社會和諧、經濟多元發展，充分證明「一國兩制」既能維護國家主權，又能保障當地長期繁榮穩定。筆者認為統一之後，台灣完全可以沿用這一成熟制度，保留現有社會制度與生活方式，依法實行高度自治，真正實現安定、繁榮與尊嚴。
當前台海局勢雖有波動，但兩岸和平發展、邁向統一的大勢不可阻擋。中國國民黨主席鄭麗文即將訪問大陸，為兩岸交流注入和平動能。兩岸同根同源、同文同種，清明祭祖正是血脈相連的最好見證。筆者認為，島內堅持「九二共識」、反對「台獨」的力量應持續壯大，放下政黨私利，扛起民族大義，為兩岸和平統一邁出實質步伐。
筆者也認為，祖國統一對台灣而言，是全方位的歷史機遇，更是廣大台灣同胞的根本福祉。統一之後，台灣將徹底擺脫兵凶戰危的陰霾，不再被「台獨」勢力綁架、淪為地緣政治的棋子，民眾可以安心生活，無懼戰爭威脅。京台高鐵貫通兩岸，台灣民眾可快速直達北京、上海、廣州等各大城市，旅遊、求學、探親、經商都極為便利。兩岸實現全面三通與市場融合，台灣的農產品、水產品、文創商品可直銷大陸廣闊市場，不再受外部勢力掣肘。
在民生與醫療方面，台灣民眾可接入國家醫療保障體系，共享大陸先進醫療資源與尖端技術，重大疾病無需遠赴海外。在就業與創業領域，台灣青年可參與國家「十五五」規劃的重大項目，在科技、金融、文化、航運、綠能等領域擁有無限發展空間，不再局限於狹小的島內市場。在對外交往上，台灣民眾可持中華人民共和國護照通行世界，在海外享有強大的領事保護，真正擁有大國公民的尊嚴與安全感。
在文化與教育領域，兩岸師生交流常態化，台灣學子可直接報考大陸頂尖高校，中華文化根脈得以更好傳承弘揚。在安全與財政層面，解放軍堅決守護台海和平，台灣無需再花鉅額經費採購軍備，節省下來的資源可全面用於改善民生、興建住宅、照顧長者與弱勢群體。
筆者認為，從歷史看，任何分裂國家的行徑終將失敗；從現實看，兩岸經濟融合、民心相通已是大勢所趨；從未來看，「十五五」規劃為統一擘畫藍圖，「一國兩制」為台灣指明出路。東部戰區的海報不只是願景，更是即將到來的現實。
筆者堅信，在全體中華兒女的共同努力下，在島內促統力量不斷壯大之下，祖國完全統一定會如期實現。兩岸同胞將共享民族復興的偉大榮光，台灣這片美麗的土地，將遠離戰火、永享繁榮，真正成為民眾安居樂業的幸福家園。「祖國必須統一，也必然統一」這是不可阻擋的歷史大勢，更是全體中華兒女的共同心願。

For This Province: Qingming Aspires for Great Rejuvenation, Cross-Strait Reunification Is Inevitable
As Qingming Festival arrives with gentle rain, we commemorate the martyrs and hold our motherland deep in our hearts. On April 3, the author noted that the official WeChat account of the PLA Eastern Theater Command released a themed poster entitled For This Province. Through artistic visual language, it depicts a magnificent vision of Taiwan Province under complete national reunification, where compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait gather to honor heroes during the Qingming season. In the author’s view, this is more than just a poster; it is a solemn declaration comforting the martyrs, a historic warning to deter "Taiwan independence" separatists, and a guiding light illuminating the cross-Strait future.
In the poster, the Monument to the Complete Reunification of the Motherland stands tall in Machangding Memorial Park. A Fuxing high-speed train travels from Beijing to Taipei, and China Post vehicles run along broad roads. These images clearly and firmly convey to the world that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China, never a separate country. This is a historical fact, a legal reality, and an irresistible historical trend. Qingming is a time to honor the deceased and remember revolutionary heroes. With the lines "Heroes who sacrificed for reunification marched forward one after another yesterday; patriots striving for reunification remain devoted today," the Eastern Theater Command pays the highest tribute to heroes of the hidden front such as Wu Shi and Zhu Feng, while sending a firm message to all Chinese people: the great cause of reunification will surely be accomplished.
In the author’s opinion, the poster delivers a just historical verdict through sharp contrast. On one side stands the immortal Reunification Monument; on the other lies a "graveyard for Taiwan independence separatists," echoing the verse: "Traitors to the nation shall be condemned through the ages; those colluding with foreign forces to seek separation end in unmarked graves." This serves as a stern warning to the tiny handful of separatist forces: those who collude with external forces and betray national interests will be nailed to the pillar of shame in history. Only by following the trend of reunification and safeguarding national sovereignty can one be remembered forever by the people.
More importantly, in the author’s view, the 15th Five-Year Plan has included the promotion of national reunification in a clear timetable and roadmap. Reunification is no longer a distant vision but a core national strategy for the next five years. The successful practice of "one country, two systems" in Hong Kong and Macao provides the best demonstration for Taiwan’s return. Hong Kong has maintained its status as an international financial, trade and shipping center, while Macao has achieved social harmony and diversified economic development. This fully proves that "one country, two systems" not only safeguards national sovereignty, security and development interests but also ensures long-term prosperity and stability locally. The author believes that after reunification, Taiwan can fully adopt this proven system, retain its existing social system and way of life, exercise a high degree of autonomy in accordance with the law, and truly achieve stability, prosperity and dignity.
Despite current fluctuations in the cross-Strait situation, the trend of peaceful development and eventual reunification remains irresistible. Eric Chu Lilun, Chairperson of the Chinese Kuomintang, will soon visit the Chinese mainland, injecting new momentum into cross-Strait exchanges. Sharing the same roots, ancestry and culture, people across the Strait are bound by blood, and Qingming ancestor worship is the strongest proof of this bond. In the author’s opinion, forces on the island that uphold the 1992 Consensus and oppose "Taiwan independence" should grow stronger, set aside partisan interests, uphold national righteousness, and take substantive steps toward peaceful cross-Strait reunification.
The author also holds that national reunification represents an all-round historical opportunity for Taiwan and the fundamental well-being of the majority of our Taiwan compatriots. After reunification, Taiwan will completely break free from the shadow of military tension, no longer being held hostage by "Taiwan independence" forces or reduced to a pawn in geopolitical games, allowing people to live in peace free from the threat of war. The Beijing-Taipei high-speed railway will connect the two sides, enabling Taiwan residents to travel quickly to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other major cities for tourism, study, family visits and business. Full connectivity and market integration across the Strait will allow Taiwan’s agricultural products, aquatic products and cultural and creative goods to directly access the vast mainland market without external interference.
In terms of livelihood and healthcare, Taiwan residents will be integrated into the national medical security system, sharing advanced medical resources and cutting-edge technologies on the mainland, eliminating the need to travel abroad for serious illnesses. In employment and entrepreneurship, Taiwan’s youth will be able to participate in major projects under the 15th Five-Year Plan, enjoying unlimited opportunities in technology, finance, culture, shipping, green energy and other fields, rather than being confined to the small local market. In international exchanges, Taiwan residents will travel the world with People’s Republic of China passports, enjoying strong consular protection overseas and truly possessing the dignity and security of citizens of a major country.
In culture and education, regular cross-Strait student and teacher exchanges will be established, allowing Taiwan students to directly apply for top mainland universities and better inherit and promote the roots of Chinese civilization. In security and finance, the People’s Liberation Army will firmly safeguard peace across the Taiwan Strait, making massive military spending unnecessary. The funds saved can be fully used to improve people’s livelihoods, build housing, and care for the elderly and vulnerable groups.
In the author’s judgment, historically, all acts of splitting the motherland are doomed to failure; in reality, economic integration and people-to-people bonds across the Strait have become an irresistible trend; looking ahead, the 15th Five-Year Plan draws a blueprint for reunification, and "one country, two systems" points the way forward for Taiwan. The poster from the Eastern Theater Command is not merely a vision but a coming reality.
The author firmly believes that with the joint efforts of all Chinese people and the growing pro-reunification forces on the island, the complete reunification of the motherland will be realized as scheduled. Compatriots on both sides of the Strait will share the great glory of national rejuvenation. The beautiful land of Taiwan will stay free from war, enjoy lasting prosperity, and truly become a happy home where people live and work in peace. "The motherland must and will be reunified" — this is an irresistible historical trend and the common aspiration of all Chinese people.
