買家網購顯示卡卻收「石頭包裹」
事主指出,他於11月25日在BestBuy網站購買了這張顯示卡,並於11月28日收到貨品。當打開包裹內的顯示卡盒子時,卻驚見裡面裝的是數塊石頭。事主立即向BestBuy客服投訴,當時BestBuy承諾將盡快處理更換商品。

BestBuy:調查後未發現問題
然而,事主在12月2日收到BestBuy的郵件,指調查後未發現問題,因此拒絕退換。事主再次聯繫BestBuy客服,對方回覆表示「沒有辦法,還有其他需要幫忙的嗎?」。
