事隔一年沒來, 突然很懷念 Le Marron 的法式美食

就再去訂位了~^^~

Le Marron 和往年一樣環境保留著優雅古典的味道

這裏裝修很特別，枱與枱之間都有簾隔著

讓大家享受浪漫晚餐時，還可擁有私隱度, 柔和燈光讓人感覺輕鬆

法國餐廳例牌菜一定有法國麵包 Bread and Butter

暖笠笠的的麵包鬆軟可口

打頭陣的是 Arugula Salad with Apple & Pine Nut $85 (芝麻沙律)

一塊塊的是蘋果片, 加上芝麻醬, 配合帶有甘味的火箭菜, 感覺很清新又回甘

之後來了客法式焗田螺配蒜蓉香草牛油

Baked Burgundy Escargot with Garlic & Fresh Herbs Butter $95 (法式田螺)

螺肉很香的牛油香味，但蒜蓉略嫌太少, 味道可口

底下的萫蓉才是精華所在, 如果可以整碟都是就更完美, 大家都搶著吃呢~

Braised Pork Cheek with Beetroot Salad $108 (豬面頰)

豬面頰非常嫩, 幾乎不用咀嚼都能吞下, 肉質非常嫩滑

跟朋友分到一小口的關係, 忘記味道, 只記得好好味, 想再吃時已沒有了~哈哈~~

上次來試了洋蔥湯, 今次試別的~

Lobster Bisque with Cognac $75 (龍蝦乾邑湯)

一路飲一路覺得好甜, 龍蝦味比重好像被乾邑蓋過了

而且不勝酒力, 喝完感覺頭痛~但味道還是可以的, 畢竟我也把它喝光光了~哈哈~~

吃到這裏，店員遞上一小杯清新檸檬雪巴

讓您 Refresh一下味蕾再吃下一道菜, 超冰凍一口放入口, 爽~哈哈~

French Spring Chicken & Foie Gras Pate with Berry Jus $240 (春雞)

燒春雞肉質很幼嫩, 非常入味可口

伴碟的配菜及醬汁都好夾, 帶有果香的醬汁甜甜地好開胃

這個配搭非常不錯

Angel Hair/Wheat Penne with Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Cream Sauce $168 (黑松露天使麵)

平時很少吃天使麵, 煮得唔好就會痴埋晒, 好難食

但呢間真係煮得好出色~成晚覺得最出眾的便是黑松露天使麵

一入口真的人人都大讚好好味, 黑松露香唔在講, 而且啖啖天使麵都好入味, 好香好濃

黑松露粉絲一定要試~

Warm Chocolate Pudding $65 (心太軟)

夏沫選的當然是至愛朱古力心太軟啦

蛋糕厚度適中，流出來的朱古力醬不會太甜

跟蛋糕混在一起吃就剛剛好

最近收到三款不同功效的亮采筆

初初看還以為是三支遮瑕筆, 還在想為什麼有一支那麼深色

本來掃上後看不到大分別, 但一拍照就明顯看到了~
