• by fax to 2868 4643; or
• by email to gazettetlb@tlb.gov.hk.
A notice of objection should describe the objector's interest and the manner in which he or she alleges that he or she will be affected by the works or the use. Objectors are requested to provide contact details to facilitate communication. A notice of objection should be delivered to the Secretary for Transport and Logistics not later than November 17, 2026.

The Government proposes to permit works of marina development to be carried out within an area of about 11 hectares of foreshore and sea-bed within Aberdeen South Typhoon Shelter and the expansion area of the Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter. The proposed works include clearance of existing structures, construction of piles, installation of floating pontoons, construction of the associated pedestrian connections to the land area within the marina and the proposed pedestrian walkway within the expansion area of Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter, modification of existing landing steps, seawall and breakwater, and construction of a drainage outfall.

Any person who considers that he has an interest, right or easement in or over the foreshore and sea-bed involved may submit a written objection to the Director of Lands, 20/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, within two months from the gazette date, i.e. on or before November 18. The objector shall describe in the notice of objection his interest, right or easement, and the manner in which he will be allegedly affected.
